New Vape Rules from 29 October: Why Our Loyalty Scheme Has Ended

From 29 October 2026, new rules under the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 come into force across England and Wales. They change how every vape shop in the country can sell and promote vaping and nicotine products, from the big chains to independents like us.

What the new law says

From 29 October it's an offence for any retailer to:

• Give away a vaping or nicotine product for free to promote it. That covers free samples, free e-liquid with a kit, and free nic shots with shortfills.
• Give away a coupon for one. The law defines a coupon as anything, physical or electronic, that can be redeemed for a product, service, cash or any other benefit.
• Sell at a substantial discount to promote a product, such as selling something for a nominal sum like 10p.

The rules apply in-store and online, and they apply to adults as well. The age of sale is also tightened: all vaping products are now strictly 18+, including nicotine-free e-liquids and 0mg shortfills.

Why our loyalty scheme has ended

Loyalty points are earned when you shop and redeemed for money off. That fits the law's definition of a coupon, so we can't keep giving them out on vaping products. From 29 October, our loyalty scheme has ended and no new points will be added.

We know a lot of you have been with us for years, and the scheme was our way of saying thank you. Ending it wasn't our choice, but we'd rather get this right than put the shop at risk.

Other changes in the shop

• No more free 10ml with hardware. The free e-liquid with kits over £20 has ended.
• Nic shots are no longer free with shortfills. Ask about our shortfill + nic shot bundle prices instead.
• 18+ for everything. You may be asked for ID, including for nicotine-free liquids and 0mg shortfills.

What isn't changing

• Honest, friendly advice. Same team, same help finding the right kit and flavour.
• Fair everyday prices and multibuys. Normal discounts are still allowed, and our 4 for £10 nic salts deal stays while duty-free stock lasts.
