You earn 1 point for every £1 you spend. Points are added automatically through our Square till at the time of purchase.

Redeem rewards

Once you've built up enough points, redeem them against your next purchase. The more you save, the better the value.

Spend £10 and earn 10 points. Spend £50 and earn 50 points. It's that straightforward — no minimum spend, no category exclusions.

How do I sign up?▼

Just pop in and ask one of the team. We'll set you up on our Square loyalty system in seconds — no app to download, no forms to fill in online.

Do my points expire?▼

No — your points never expire. Take your time saving up for a bigger reward tier if you prefer.

Can I earn points on every product?▼

Yes. All items and categories are eligible — e-liquids, devices, coils, accessories, everything we sell in-store counts towards your points.

Can I use the loyalty scheme online?▼

The loyalty scheme is in-store only at the moment. Points are tracked through our Square point-of-sale system at the till.

When can I redeem my points?▼

You can redeem points on any visit once you've reached at least 100 points. Just let the team know at the till and they'll apply the discount for you. You can choose any of the redemption tiers shown above.

How do I check my points balance?▼

Ask the team in-store — they can check your balance on the Square system straight away. You may also receive email updates depending on the details you provide when signing up.
